You should be able to trust the person treating you, not just the machines in the room.
I opened Smile Gallery in Arera Colony in 2011 with that one belief. As a prosthodontist, my work is rebuilding smiles: implants, crowns, dentures and full-mouth treatment. Over the years I have met many people who carried fear into the dental chair. Some had been hurt before. Some had been surprised by a bill. Many simply never knew what was being done in their mouth.
So we do things in a set order here. We listen first. We show you what we see and explain what it needs, and why. You get the plan and the cost in writing before anything starts, and then you decide. The doctor who plans your treatment stays with you through it.
Fifteen years on, families who first came to us now bring their parents and their children. That trust is what I am proudest of.
I would rather tell you a treatment is not needed than sell you one.
