1. The website

The site describes our practice, treatments, and how to reach us. It is information, not a diagnosis and not a promise of a result. Treatment plans and fees are confirmed in person after examination.

2. Appointments

Booking online, by phone, or by message is a request. The appointment is confirmed only when the clinic confirms date and time. Please arrive on time. If you cannot attend, tell us as early as you can so the slot can go to another patient.

3. Medical information on the site

Articles and Google posts are general education. They are not a substitute for an examination by our dentists.

4. Fees

Estimates and invoices issued at the clinic apply. Website text does not lock a price.

5. Google Business Profile tools

Clinic staff may use our internal The Clinic Management App software with Google to manage our Business Profile. That software is for authorised staff. Patients do not get an account on this website through Google.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site (break-in attempts, spam, scraping, or posting unlawful content). We may block access if that happens.

7. Intellectual property

Clinic name, logo, photos, and site text belong to Smile Gallery unless stated otherwise. You may share a page link. Do not copy the site for your own commercial use without written permission.

8. Third-party links

Links to maps, Google, or other sites are outside our control. Their terms apply there.

9. Liability

To the extent allowed by Indian law, we are not liable for loss from using the website alone (for example relying on an article instead of visiting the clinic). This does not limit liability for clinical negligence, which is handled under applicable professional and legal rules, not these website terms.
