- Wear: each set is worn for one to two weeks, for 20 to 22 hours a day.
- Check-ups: you visit every 6 to 8 weeks, and most treatments take 6 to 18 months.
Severe crowding or jaw alignment problems may still need traditional braces, and a scan tells us honestly which option suits you. Aligners also suit teeth that have shifted after earlier orthodontic treatment, and minor bite irregularities. Take them out only to eat, to drink anything other than water, and to brush.
